Executive Director Paul Tonnessen is honored to be the 1st recipient of the Mayor Richard T. Bissen Jr. "Above and Beyond" award for his work with child victims of abuse. The award was presented to him during the Prosecutor’s National Crime Victims Rights Week awards luncheon. He was also honored to be able to stand beside Detective Nu'u (Edith) Quintero for her award as Law Enforcement Officer of the Year recognizing her for saving the life of an 11 month old victim of domestic violence.
